Your place in the team 

The aim of this role is to manage properly the Corporate (especially Government, Key) customer segment from marketing and business management perspective. It is a crucial role in driving the awareness and perception of Corporate Business, including the segment related solutions, innovations & transformation projects. This colleague will also ensure improvement in data driven segment operations and business development. Colleague helps in customer lifecycle via X/Upsell promotions which drives segment profitability. Define, align and execute annual and quarterly business plan for segment. Ensure cooperation with other Business Units.

You will be involved in the following tasks  
•Takes active part in selected segment transformation projects
•Identifies market opportunities, customer product penetration trends through segment analyses and market insights
•Improves data driven segment management through dashboards, reports and ad hoc analyses
•Improves analytic brain by learning best practices and tools through internal and external trainings
•Owns selected marketing/partnership activities on the Activity Plan 
•Plans and executes the go-to-market strategy for the given vertical segment/solution 
•Owns selected products and solutions of the corporate convergent, IoT and mobile portfolio from marketing side
•Drives targeted marketing activities connected to hero products and segment verticals
•Works on improving customer experience and loyalty
•Understand the performance of sales channels and turns the knowledge into more efficient lead management
•Collect and analyze insights, customer understanding and competitive environment overview for the target segments

 

We are looking for you if you have 

•University or College degree
•At least 3-5 years manager experience in telco sector
•B2B experience is an advantage
•Project management skills and approach to provide E2E execution of activities 
•Strong Communication Skills in Hungarian and in English
•High levels of self-motivation, initiative, can do attitude, ability to act as a change agent
•Team worker with excellent communication skills
