About this role
We are seeking an experienced Creative Copywriter to join our Enterprise Marketing team in Budapest on a fixed-term maternity cover. This role combines high-quality copy creation with strong project management responsibilities, ensuring marketing and sales enablement content is delivered on time, to brief, and to agreed service levels. The individual will collaborate with global stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
What you’ll do
- Create clear, engaging and brand-aligned copy for a wide range of print and digital marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling messaging for B2B, B2C and internal audiences.
- Manage copywriting projects end to end, including planning, prioritisation, timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with account managers, designers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery against agreed SLAs.
- Conduct research to fill information gaps and strengthen content accuracy and relevance.
- Edit, proofread and refine content to maintain high professional and brand standards.
- Apply digital marketing best practices to optimise content performance.
- Manage project files, version control and workflows using approved project management tools (e.g. Workfront) and Office 365.
- Support collaboration across geographies by communicating clearly and managing expectations.
Who you are
- You bring 3+ years of experience in a copywriting, content writing, journalism or similar role.
- You have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You communicate confidently and build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- You demonstrate excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
