Creative Designer - Senior

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

To design produce and coordinate the creation of high-quality content, collateral and support materials that excite, educate and explain the company's core propositions and products to customers and sales account managers. To provide a marketing communications service to manage and prioritize workflow for new and amended proposition/ product materials from initial project brief through copywriting, to final production and uploading to key knowledge-share systems and internal communication vehicles.

 

What will you do:

 

  • Work closely with the Business Partners to manage the workflow and production of supporting customer and sales enablement for Vodafone Enterprise products and services
  • Agree and undertake collateral requirements across design and production of new materials, as confirmed with key stakeholders, to time and quality standards. Review, agree and confirm document/materials sign-off with key stakeholders
  • Ensure new documents/materials are compliant with brand, and corporate identity guidelines, ensuring we maintain a consistent brand style across all new documents
  • Accurately manage document revisions and version control using appropriate cloud sharing/collaboration media
  • Manage upload of materials to relevant Knowledge Share sites – Digital Communications Library, SharePoint site, Global Product Catalogue, plus inclusion in internal communications vehicles– ensuring all materials are visible and accessible to key stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate team resources, projects, workflows

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Ability to work with a wide range of media
  • Graphic design experience
  • Strong visual sense and creativity
  • Experience of working within corporate identity and brand guidelines
  • Confidence and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken with some experience of work in technology industries
