About this Role

We are seeking a Credit & Compliance Specialist to join our Supply Chain function in Budapest. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to credit regulations and compliance policies across Voice and Roaming services. The individual will manage onboarding processes, conduct risk assessments, and act as the sanctions champion for Voice services. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of financial compliance within the telecommunications industry.
 

What you will do

  • Manage due diligence and onboarding for Voice and Roaming partners.
  • Evaluate credit applications with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct credit and compliance risk assessments, including MTIC fraud, sanctions, anti-bribery, corruption, and AML.
  • Monitor credit exposure and support overdue balance management.
  • Align credit and compliance policies with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for sanctions compliance in Voice services.
  • Provide training and guidance on sanctions and compliance matters.
  • Handle compliance referrals and liaise with legal and regulatory teams.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy.
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as audit findings, training completion, and monthly review targets.

Who you are

  • A professional with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experienced in credit risk analysis and compliance management.
  • Knowledgeable in Voice and Roaming services within telecom.
  • Familiar with international sanctions and compliance frameworks.
  • Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in financial and compliance software tools.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator.
