Your place in the team 

Securing enterprise information by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing network security systems.

You will be involved in the following tasks  
•Research and assess new threats and security alerts, and recommends remedial actions through the whole lifecycle of enterprise services
•Designs security models and baseline, reviews and approves security configuration and installation of firewall, VPN, router, IDS/IPS, WAF, Proxy, DDOS, Email infrastructure and services/application
•Plan and execute the security review, definition and evaluation of project proposals and tender materials in relation to information security requirements where there is information security relevance
•Assesses the efficiency of existing processes and procedures and identifies potential opportunities for process improvements
•Identify and understand malicious network activity and their impact on systems and information.
•Collaborate with system administrators and IT teams to ensure proper security configurations and patch management across network devices.
•Ensure the network security infrastructure elements fulfil their purpose, are configured correctly and have the right balance between cyber security and user experience.
•Evaluate the network flow data, signature-based IDS events and full packet capture data. Suggest new IDS signatures and detection strategies.
•Participate in designing, deploying, and managing proxy servers to monitor and control incoming and outgoing network traffic, providing secure and efficient access to web resources.
•Ensure that the Web Application Firewall is able to protect web applications from common attacks such as SQL injection, cross-site scription and other vulnerabilities.

•Stay updated with the latest security technologies, policies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for improving the organization's network security posture.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, developers, and IT operations, to ensure secure network, network architectures and email configurations.
•Monitor the fulfilment of the technology security requirements
•Participation in Technology Risk Management process

We are looking for you if you have 

•Highly motivated, autonomous individual with strong information security background and focus on business needs
•Ability to act as a trusted advisor and delivery agent to the business functions
•Focused on the timely delivery of results while able to judge and make compromise when and where needed
•Strong written and verbal English knowledge
•Continuous cooperation with involved business and technology departments throughout the duration of the projects
