About this Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Data & Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing wholesale roaming business. You will play a key role in managing customer portfolios, ensuring data integrity, supporting deal execution, and acting as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, and is comfortable taking ownership of complex, multi step processes.

What you’ll do

  • Traffic & Data Analysis
    •    Analyze monthly and daily traffic data to identify anomalies and trends.
    •    Validate data integrity, including rates, deal terms, and settlement inputs.
    •    Load verified traffic into calculation files and maintain forecasting models for customer year end financial positions.
  • Database & Portfolio Management
    •    Build, update, and manage internal databases tracking deal performance, expirations, signatures, and settlement progress.
    •    Maintain and enhance Excel- and Power BI–based tracking tools used across the wholesale team.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting
    •    Prepare clear, digestible performance dashboards and presentations using Power BI, PowerPoint, or Excel Pivos.
    •    Present insights to internal teams,  and to customers with a strong narrative and business context.
Cross Team Coordination & Customer Interaction
    •    Act as a communication bridge between Wholesale, Settlement, and Customers.
    •    Participate, even lead in customer calls, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of requests.
    •    Track settlement progress and present updates to customers.
    •    Monitor portfolio expirations and notify negotiators of upcoming deadlines.
  • Deal & Email Management
    •    Manage customer portfolios in internal systems and outlook.
    •    Send deal notifications, proposals, and updates accurately and on time.
    •    Conduct periodic portfolio checks to identify and correct errors.
    •    Support onboarding of new customers as the business scales.
  • Traffic Seasonality & Steering Analysis
    •    Perform biweekly traffic flow checks to identify steering, seasonality effects, and market specific anomalies.
    •    Notify negotiators immediately in cases of significant traffic shifts or blocking.
    •    Conduct periodic steering analyses to validate customer configurations and detect leakages.
    •    Learn and apply complex analytical processes with precision.

Who you are

•    Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data cleaning, structured files).
•    Comfort with Outlook and handling high volume, information dense email communication.
•    Basic Power BI knowledge (navigating and presenting dashboards, loading data).
•    Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily customer and team interaction.

Nice to Have
•    Experience in roaming, or wholesale environments.
•    Familiarity with forecasting, financial modeling, or operational analytics.
•    Experience presenting visualized information to customers, and teams.
•    An interest in learning new and evolving processes
