We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

What you’ll do

  • Gather, interpret, and present competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain competitor battlecards and update summaries on market activity.
  • Produce detailed profiles of major clients and their key decision‑makers to identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Provide professional guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues.
  • Lead or participate in cross‑functional or process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to sales management, offering well‑founded recommendations.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc competitor analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge sharing across teams.

Who you are

  • Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective project management capabilities.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills to support collaboration.
  • Consultancy skills and the ability to communicate with confidence.
  • German language knowledge (essential).
