About this Role

We are seeking a technically skilled individual to lead a team of four data quality professionals within the Group Data & Analytics function. This role is pivotal in embedding robust data quality practices across Vodafone’s strategic programmes and local markets. The successful candidate will define and drive the long-term data quality strategy, ensuring trust and reliability in data used for decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with Group Technology and local market stakeholders to deliver best-in-class data quality solutions and governance.
 
 

What you will do

  • Lead the D&A Data Quality Management (DQM) team and deliver on the DQM framework requirements.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for data quality management tooling and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with local markets and Group stakeholders to ensure cohesive and reusable data quality solutions.
  • Provide analytical development services for the Nucleus programme and other initiatives.
  • Influence and negotiate solution structures for data quality management across the organisation.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong background in data quality solutions and governance frameworks.
  • Skilled in SQL and visualisation tools, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrated success in transformational change within large, multicultural organisations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in telecoms and complex data warehouse or billing system projects is highly desirable.
