About this Role
What you will do
- Lead the D&A Data Quality Management (DQM) team and deliver on the DQM framework requirements.
- Define and drive the roadmap for data quality management tooling and frameworks.
- Collaborate with local markets and Group stakeholders to ensure cohesive and reusable data quality solutions.
- Provide analytical development services for the Nucleus programme and other initiatives.
- Influence and negotiate solution structures for data quality management across the organisation.
Who you are
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Strong background in data quality solutions and governance frameworks.
- Skilled in SQL and visualisation tools, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated success in transformational change within large, multicultural organisations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in telecoms and complex data warehouse or billing system projects is highly desirable.
