 Network Experience Planning & Optimization Senior Manager

Your place in the team
Responsible to define local strategy & priorities. Design fixed and mobile new access rollout plans based on customer, commercial and engineering data. Connect customer experience with network KPIs and define necessary rollout to improve the customer experience. Ensure optimization following the network rollout roadmap. The Manager will operate in accordance with the guidelines, targets, strategy, standard processes, and procedures.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Assess customer experience KPIs connection to fixed and mobile network KPIs through data analytics, deliver models to predict the KPIsDefine fixed and mobile new access high level rollout plans considering customer experience, Technology Strategy guidelines and commercial input (e.g. FWA 5G, 5G top cities launch, new FTTH cities). 
•    Define detailed HW configuration guidelines, and relative impact on budget. 
•    Perform detailed fixed & mobile access analysis to drive congestion & quality management plans considering customer experience and customer behavior (e.g. spectrum reframing, new technology vs optimization, customer migration). 
•    Fixed (Last Mile) and Mobile Access Optimization and Performance detailed activities based on e2e probing/test drive and data analytics analysis including crowdsourcing. 
•    Collaborate to define Active sharing solutions, guidelines, and processes if needed. 
•    Support fixed authority request management as well as support Security Operation colleagues on authority request management. 
•    Define and manage a detailed plan for deployment of new software releases on nodes and controllers.
•    Support site traffic aggregation/rooting and location area implementation according to geographical distribution of S/P-GW, in line with Engineering guidelines and delivery plans.

We are looking for you if you have
•    High-level degree in telecommunications 
•    5+ years of experience within the Network function 
•    1+ years at least in a senior role
•    Data analitics experience preferably with a good understanding on customer experience 
•    Excellent understanding of the telecommunications market
•    Technical experience in multinational companies and large matrix organizations
•    Experience managing disperse teams
•    Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
