Your place in the team 

The main responsibility of the role is to monitor Vodafone's digital channels, evaluate and provide actionable insights into the digital customer experience in order to optimise and improve Vodafone's digital sales/care performance. This person will be responsible for digital analytics and insight generation to support data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience on Vodafone's digital channels.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks  

•Monitoring, analysing and evaluating key digital customer journeys to drive and support journey improvement and optimization
•Support decision-making and strategy execution through in-depth understanding and analysis of user behaviour in the digital channel
•Gain business insights through web analytics to improve on-site conversion rates and customer experience
•Paid media analysis to increase online campaign efficiency
•Analyze online data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes
•Supporting the analytical implementation of technical developments (including the creation of tag plans) to measure business objectives
•Create professional web analytics dashboards to support self-service reporting
•Taking active role in defining and building of new analytical tools – shaping Vodafone’s digital analytics strategy

We are looking for you if you have
•3-5-year experience in digital/ecommerce or analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar)
•1+ year experience with additional analytics (e.g. Hotjar)
•Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
•Fluent English
•Strong prioritization and time management skills
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
•Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential


Optional/Desirable:

•Basic understanding of tag manager tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium or similar) and digital marketing technologies (ad tracking codes implementation, retargeting strategies, onsite personalization capabilities, digital audience management)
•Basic web development knowledge (HTML, JAVA etc)
•Experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, Adform, etc)
•Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
•Experience with any data visualization tool (Microsoft PowerBI, SAP Lumira, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc)
•Experience in PPC or programmatic campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook, any DSP)
