About this Role

We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to deliver advanced analytics capabilities that enable Vodafone Group and local markets to execute high‑impact digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building, optimising and governing analytics solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights, directly influencing digital customer experience, campaign performance and commercial decision‑making across multiple markets.

What you’ll do

  • Design, configure and optimise Adobe Analytics implementations from scratch, including report suites, traffic variables and conversion variables
  • Act as Commercial Analytics Owner for multiple flagship Vodafone Group products
  • Own and manage the Global Solution Design Repository (SDR), ensuring consistent analytics standards across markets
  • Define and evolve global standards for campaign tracking and variable naming conventions
  • Design, develop, test and deploy analytics and reporting solutions for paid media, owned media personalisation and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
  • Create and govern A/B testing measurement frameworks to ensure reliable, actionable outcomes
  • Perform ad‑hoc analysis using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Data Studio
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, playbacks and retrospectives
  • Support analytics specialists across Vodafone Group and local markets through guidance, best practices and optimisation insights
  • Ensure analytics accuracy through user acceptance testing (UAT) following development changes and new releases

Who you are

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, web development or a related field
  • You have a strong understanding of the modern digital ecosystem, including analytics, advertising and social platforms
  • You are confident working with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • You have hands‑on experience with tag management solutions, preferably Tealium IQ
  • You are familiar with web debugging tools such as Chrome Developer Tools or Charles
  • You apply a data‑driven mindset, with strong numeracy skills and experience interpreting metrics such as conversion rate, click‑through rate and return on ad spend
  • You communicate insights clearly and effectively in English within virtual and international teams
  • You demonstrate ownership, initiative and accountability in delivering work end‑to‑end
  • You enjoy learning through experimentation and collaboration
