Digital Content Editor
Your role in a nutshell
As a Content Editor, you will be part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team, building, updating and maintaining digital media assets for the UK consumer market (such as webpages, responsive emails, display ads, banners, promotions/price changes and related content). You’ll conduct research, collect relevant information, follow brand messaging and use a project management tool daily. You’ll work closely with various people across the business and manage e-commerce, marketing and support content for the UK market. You’ll understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and work closely with copy and design colleagues to produce accurate, timely and consistent work that adheres to Vodafone’s design system and brand guidelines.
What you'll do:
- Conducts regular update to the relevant web pages.
- Periodically reviews the digital contents to ensure high quality.
- Works with subject matter experts to guarantee up to date and well written content is supplied and managed on the relevant websites
- Proposes process improvements and implements them. Proposes different ways of working, focusing on ways to improve the customer journeys and customer experience.
- Participate in cross-functional project work.
- Works with Content Management System and trains others on how to use CMS
What you'll bring to the team:
• 1-3 years of content editing experience
• Excellent proficiency in content management systems, preferably in a headless CMS
• Business acumen and understanding of the needs of the customer, the market and key issues
• Project management skills
• Confident verbal, exceptional writing skills
• Ability to work at night with high precision
