What you’ll do
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Copywriter to join our agile, multi-disciplinary team supporting the UK consumer market. The individual will be responsible for crafting compelling digital content across various platforms including webpages, emails, display ads, and promotional materials. This role involves close collaboration with content editors, designers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency with Vodafone’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. The successful candidate will manage e-commerce, marketing, and support content, using project management tools and conducting regular updates to digital assets.
- Write and edit copy for e-commerce assets such as banners, branded content, responsive webpages, promotional taglines, and device descriptions.
- Ensure all content aligns with creative briefs and stakeholder expectations.
- Proofread and edit own work to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Conduct regular updates to relevant web pages.
- Deliver work within agreed SLAs and maintain quality standards through minimal amend cycles.
Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in copywriting and editing, preferably in creative agencies, journalism, or website content management.
- Strong command of written language and tone of voice.
- Proficient in MS Word and familiar with SharePoint.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and building credibility across teams.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Native-level language proficiency for relevant markets.
- Experience with content management systems or willingness to learn.
