Digital Operations Product Owner
Your role in a nutshell:
Product Owner for the Group Business marketing automation capabilities, spanning relevant platforms and workstreams within the Digital Operations Martech stack. Accountable for defining the roadmaps, platform initiatives, data, and operational frameworks to deliver objectives of the wider Marketing and Business teams,
Create and manage the associated processes to enable Digital Marketing to design, activate and measure relevant programs and campaigns that provide a positive ROI to the wider Vodafone Business organisation.

What you’ll do:
- Full end-to-end ownership of Marketing Automation and assigned platforms, including defining Platform vision and strategy
- Working with relevant internal and external teams to ensure solution designs and operating models supports the product vision and meets high-level goals and requirements
- Owning Platform backlog incorporating BAU and project initiatives
- Leading related initiatives, such as GDPR Strategy implementation for Marketing Automation Platforms, aligning requirements with Group and OpCos, working across marketing, Privacy and Sales Ops teams to facilitate requirements sign-off and delivery
- Managing and maintaining documentation, facilitating the completion of relevant platform training & documentation
- Managing Privacy & Security compliancy activities
- Subject matter expert, providing ‘consultancy’ on platform capabilities and strategy, helping to unlock their full potential
What you’ll bring to the team:
- B2B Digital Marketing experience driving funnel and pipeline performance growth
- Creation and execution of Digital Marketing Automation strategies
- Solid experience working with Agile delivery, producing, and owning roadmaps and backlogs aligned to business requirements and objectives
- Performance-driven; measuring and demonstrating commercial impact
- Strong collaboration, communication, team working, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Supplier management
