About this Role

We are seeking a commercially minded professional to support the management and optimisation of high-value customer contracts, helping to maximise customer value while ensuring contractual obligations are delivered effectively. In this role, you will work with large strategic customers, support commercial strategy execution, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes, retention, and long-term business value. The position offers the opportunity to combine commercial insight, customer engagement, data analysis, and process improvement in a dynamic international environment.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are understood and managed effectively.
  • Support the commercial management of high-value strategic customer contracts and oversee contractual commercial obligations.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies for strategic customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value through contract optimisation, change management, and business growth initiatives.
  • Analyse customer and commercial data to support decision-making and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and participate in customer discussions and review meetings.
  • Manage complex customer communication cases with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement activities by enhancing existing processes and procedures.
  • Share expertise with colleagues by providing guidance, knowledge transfer, and training support where required.

Who you are

  • Experience in commercial operations, customer management, contract management, or a related business function.
  • Strong data analysis and modelling capabilities with the ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Experience supporting change management, problem management, incident management, or project coordination activities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
  • Typically, 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
