E-commerce Project Manager (Agile)

 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 
As a E-commerce Project Manager (Agile), you would be the driving force for the digitalization of Vodafone Business Germany and develop digital customer journeys with us that enable the best digital shopping experience for our customers. You would be part of an agile, dynamic and cross-functional team with you being responsible for the development of our internal eCommerce and eCare projects across all phases to shape our future.


What will you do in your role:

  • You will be an expert for the digital customer journey in the eCommerce environment
  • You will design detailed, functional and customer-journey-oriented solution concepts in order to implement or expand functions, products and projects in the online lifecycle environment with the aim of increasing the online share in sales & service as well as the commercial goals (esp. contract prolongations).
  • You will analyze the business requirements and their business, technical and procedural impact on the eCommerce platforms and portals and create demands based on this
  • You will consider functional dependencies to other parallel running projects, as well as roadmaps and question existing requirements with the aim of simplifying and standardizing processes
  • You will be responsible for regularly reviewing and checking the completeness of the demands, the architecture and the conformity to our strategy
  • You will form the interface between the requesting (business units, marketing & sales, operations) and the implementing units (web delivery team, UX & IT delivery units)
  • You will support the analysis and evaluation of customer journey KPIs and other commercial reports

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • A university degree with at least 4-5 years of professional experience (ideally in the areas of eCommerce, demand management, business analysis, process analysis)
  • Experience in (technical) project management
  • Understanding of online shop structures, experience with business analysis, as well as experience being the interface between business requirements in the online channel and IT implementation
  • Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry with a focus on mobile and fixed networks, as well as the further development of e-commerce systems and service platforms.
  • High degree of initiative, commitment and organizational skills.
  • Good conceptual skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills and strong communication skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills. German skills are nice to have but not mandatory.
