EU Investigations Lead

EU Investigations Lead
Your role in a nutshell:
Driving overall framework for Internal Investigations including some facets of data loss prevention investigations and accordingly driving local VOIS governance in Europe. Carry out and lead critical investigations end to end in Europe, as assigned by the VOIS Global Lead of Investigations and the Local Triage with high levels of objectivity, thoroughness, relevance, accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality. Alongside be prepared to handle global investigations, as and when assigned. You will act as the country's security and forensic expert to collect, secure and preserve all evidence related to VOIS Europe investigation cases and advise the VOIS Global Lead of Investigations on the steps necessary to investigate cases of alleged malicious wrongdoing in Europe centres, after consultation with HR and Group stakeholders, as required.
What you'll do:
- Monitoring and Implementation of VOIS-specific procedures, exceptions to Group and VOIS policies, risk control matrix etc., through VOIS Global Lead of Investigations across VOIS Europe locations.
- Managing Speak-ups and Investigations end to end across VOIS Europe and coordinating with VOIS Global Lead of Investigations and the Local Triage teams. If required, with the group teams as well.
- Publish qualitative and quantitative metrics as well as reports on periodic basis for all Speak Ups and Investigations for Europe locations.
- Aligning VOIS Investigations with the Group Internal Investigations Policy and be the local contact for all Investigation related matters including maintenance and
- upkeep of the Vodafone Case Management Tool (VCMT).
- Conduct specific awareness and trainings basis the Investigations Embedding Programme for Investigators across VOIS and accordingly reconcile VCMT rights.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders/ investigators as well as the Leadership at VOIS Europe.
What you'll bring to our team:
- Experience in end-to-end Internal Investigations at large-scale organisations.
- Exposure to Physical Security, Fraud Management, Information Security and IT Infrastructure and Technology shall be a plus.
- Preferably a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) certification.
- Strong analytical & influencing skills.
- Proven leadership competencies.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
