Financial Operations Associate - Junior
Your role in a nutshell:
To book compliant supplier/ vendor invoices/ credit notes. To ensure that invoices are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements, ensure compliance with internal/ external audit and SOX requirements. To answer and investigate vendor/ supplier queries. To ensure the on time payment of vendor/ supplier invoices.
In case of commission support: To compute dealer commissions, to ensure proper and timely payment, to handle dealer claims.
In case of supporting asset management: To provide administrative support to asset management, regarding purchase orders, purchasing prices, invoice and payment monitoring, information to customers and suppliers. To ensure the inventory is accurate and up to date.

What will you do in your role:
• Liases with vendors/ suppliers to ensure invoices are compliant.
• Matches the invoices against the purchase order, escalates special cases.
• Codes the non-PO based invoices according to financial rules.
• Corrects booking and rebooks them, if incorrect actions were made.
• Ensures on time payment of the invoices.
• Resolves queries relating to invoices.
• Resolves vendor/ supplier queries.
• Participates in process improvement projects. In case of supporting asset management:
• Computes purchasing prices and discounts to be given for customers.
• Opens intercompany purchase orders, activates assets in the books.
• Sends statements to customers upon request.
• Monitors payments from customers. Updates suppliers on payments.
• Updates the inventory with new assets, maintains stock data, tracks changes in the system.
• Answers all incoming queries regarding non-IT corporate assets, both from customers and suppliers.
