Financial Operations Associate 

 

 
Your role in a nutshell: 
 
To book compliant supplier/ vendor invoices/ credit notes. To ensure that invoices are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements, ensure compliance with internal/ external audit and SOX requirements. To answer and investigate vendor/ supplier queries. To ensure the on time payment of vendor/ supplier invoices.
In case of commission support: To compute dealer commissions, to ensure proper and timely payment, to handle dealer claims.
In case of supporting asset management: To provide administrative support to asset management, regarding purchase orders, purchasing prices, invoice and payment monitoring, information to customers and suppliers. To ensure the inventory is accurate and up to date.
 
 
 
What will you do in your role: 
 
 
• Visits local markets and selected dealers,participates in local meetings.
• Maintains dealer data, ensures proper and timely payments towards dealers and proper handling of dealer claims.
• Ensures processing of payment requisitions and down payment requests.
• Answers all reconciliation requests andhandles dealer queries.
• Takes ownership of issue resolution, includingroot cause analysis.
• Prepares reports, monitors individualperformance.In case of commission support:
• Computes commissions for the assigned distribution channel, analyzes commissions and handles clawbacks.
• Sends statements for commissioning.
• Investigates feasibility and financial impact of any modification to the dealer commission scheme.
• Assures that the commissioning reporting framework is accurate and updated with new product launches
