About this Role

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to perform regular and ad-hoc accounting activities and financial analysis that support financial and operational decision-making. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial processing, robust reporting, and continuous improvement across accounting, reconciliation, and commission-related activities within a shared services environment.

What you’ll do

  • Upload and reconcile bank receipts in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Allocate payments to the correct vendor accounts, roaming receipts, and general or sub-ledgers.
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices and issue self-billing to vendors.
  • Complete month-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, blocked items, and payment-related issues through structured problem-solving.
  • Support forecasting requests, productivity assessments, scenario analysis, and related financial insights.
  • Participate in system migrations and testing activities, including EVO migration.
  • Contribute to projects impacting financial reports or processes, supporting sign-off activities.
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to stakeholders by analysing commission data, presenting financial impacts, and suggesting data or process improvements.

Who you are

  • Experienced in financial accounting, or supply chain and sourcing environments.
  • Confident using SAP and advanced Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and databases.
  • Fluent in English and in the language of the supported local market.
  • Analytical and detail-focused, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative team member with clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with telecom, retail, or shared services environments is beneficial.An accounting qualification is desirable.
