German Speaking Business Sales Development Specialist
What you will do
- Deliver accurate data and insights on Sales & Commercial Services processes
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and applications (e.g., PowerApp)
- Identify and implement reporting enablers and automation opportunities
- Provide administrative support for commission management and project governance
- Act as a single point of contact for operational processes
- Support product migration tracking and stakeholder communication
- Maintain learning platform content for external partners
- Collaborate with Planning, Performance Management, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Create status reports for projects and recurring processes
- Provide proactive recommendations to Sales Representatives
Who you are
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in telecom sales, PMO, or reporting roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to problem-solving
- Experienced in project management and independent contribution
- Familiar with Vodafone internal systems and structures
- Skilled in data warehouse and BI tools (Qliksense, Tableau)
- Proficient in PowerApp development and data communication
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce) and basic PowerBI skills desirable
- Educational background in business, economics, industrial engineering, or informatics
