What you will do

  • Deliver accurate data and insights on Sales & Commercial Services processes
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and applications (e.g., PowerApp)
  • Identify and implement reporting enablers and automation opportunities
  • Provide administrative support for commission management and project governance
  • Act as a single point of contact for operational processes
  • Support product migration tracking and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain learning platform content for external partners
  • Collaborate with Planning, Performance Management, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Create status reports for projects and recurring processes
  • Provide proactive recommendations to Sales Representatives

Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in telecom sales, PMO, or reporting roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Experienced in project management and independent contribution
  • Familiar with Vodafone internal systems and structures
  • Skilled in data warehouse and BI tools (Qliksense, Tableau)
  • Proficient in PowerApp development and data communication
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce) and basic PowerBI skills desirable
  • Educational background in business, economics, industrial engineering, or informatics
