About this role
We are seeking a Team Leader to coordinate the implementation of business plans and ensure the successful execution of operational programmes within the Commercial & Sales Enablement unit. This role involves managing a team of up to 15 highly capable employees, driving efficiency through process improvements, and fostering collaboration across teams. The individual will act as the first escalation point for stakeholders and ensure expected team performance, (green) level of service compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
What you’ll do
- Lead and engage the team to achieve operational targets and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Organise workflows for recurring and ad-hoc, relatively, easy-to-learn up to complex task in a structured environment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders/Partners build on existing excellent relationship with Partners, translate business requirements into daily deliverables and manage escalations effectively.
- Drive process improvements and implement controls to maximise efficiency.
- Set performance targets, monitor results, and provide coaching and support to team members, conduct monthly minimum One to One-s
- Cooperate and coordinate actions with Leadership Team members of own area to ensure common approach and to standardize similar mindset in own area
- Cooperate strongly with Junior Manager (Line manager) as the entire area has to have similar goals and objectives, performance standards and a common approach towards Partners, Stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal, and audit requirements, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Who you are
- Experienced in managing small teams and motivating individuals to achieve goals.
- Skilled in (multilingual – German, English) communication and able to influence across multiple teams and locations.
- Adaptable to change and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Professional knowledge in relevant fields with 5–8 years of experience and prior managerial exposure.
