About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to lead the planning, coordination and successful delivery of IT implementation and business transformation initiatives within Sales Operations. The individual will oversee end‑to‑end demand and project lifecycles, act as a liaison between Sales and development teams, analyse and define business needs, and provide senior‑level transparency to steering committees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and excels in structuring and executing strategic programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Capture, document and manage business needs, including shaping ideas, defining scope and ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
  • Create user stories to support Agile delivery and collaborate closely with Product Owners and subject matter experts.
  • Work with testing and operational teams to ensure clarity regarding intended business outcomes.
  • Manage the full project and demand lifecycle, including timelines, quality, budgets and risks.
  • Explain changes to wider business teams to support successful adoption.
  • Prepare and present project plans, status updates and results to steering committees and senior management.Identify process improvement opportunities and propose meaningful enhancements.
  • Contribute to policies and procedures related to demand and project management.
  • Support decision‑making by preparing data-driven recommendations regarding project futures.Lead cross‑functional project teams (internal and external), ensuring strong collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

Who you are

  • Fluent in English, with strong German language skills for German market support.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication, organisational capability and sound judgement.
  • Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments, with resilience and adaptability.
  • Experienced in demand management, business analysis and Agile project or change management.
  • Able to work independently with a structured, analytical and solution-focused mindset.
  • Skilled in handling business figures, identifying requirements and ensuring swift implementation.
  • Proactive with strong prioritisation and time‑management skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel and Power Automate.
  • Holds a university degree in Economics, Business Informatics or a similar field.
  • Brings at least five years of experience in demand or project management or business analysis.
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative, organisational capability and strategic judgement.
