About this Role
What you’ll do
- Develop and structure complex commercial pricing propositions to support enterprise bids and opportunities.
- Lead pricing activities across multiple products and services, ensuring consistency and profitability across geographies.
- Collect, validate and analyse inputs from sales and other stakeholders to build robust commercial options.
- Create and maintain financial models, including P&L templates, customer savings profiles and competitive analyses.
- Provide clear documentation and presentations for bid teams, articulating key assumptions, risks and recommendations.
- Participate in customer-facing discussions and negotiations to support outcomes aligned with Vodafone’s business objectives.
- Approve pricing proposals within agreed governance limits and contribute to escalation processes where required.
- Monitor performance indicators such as win rate, deal profitability, quality of analysis, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
Who you are
- An individual with proven experience in developing commercial and pricing propositions in a complex environment.
- Comfortable engaging in customer-facing discussions and supporting negotiations with confidence and clarity.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial and pricing models.
- Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder management across different functions and seniority levels.
- A clear communicator with fluent German and English and the ability to present insights in a structured and accessible way.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Typically brings 2–5 years of relevant experience; formal management responsibility is not required for this role.
