About this role

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to lead commercial pricing activities for enterprise clients. This role involves developing strategic pricing propositions that align with both customer needs and Vodafone’s business objectives. The individual will collaborate with sales teams to gather insights, structure offers, and support bid preparation across global and local markets. The role also includes influencing client decisions through high-quality proposals and ensuring profitability and consistency of new products and tariffs across geographies.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage bid pricing strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Create and maintain financial templates, customer savings profiles, and competitive analysis.
  • Participate in customer negotiations and present pricing proposals.
  • Approve pricing propositions within governance limits.
  • Deliver accurate customer usage data and support bid teams with documentation and presentations.
  • Influence deal structures to maximise profitability throughout the offer lifecycle.
  • Maintain competitor analysis and contribute to pricing decisions across multiple products and services.

  • Experienced in commercial pricing and customer negotiations.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
  • Proficient in business or mathematical disciplines.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in complex, multi-faceted commercial environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and prioritisation.
  • Innovative and flexible in approach, with a proactive mindset.
