German Speaking Project Coordinator

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

Subproject and project lead of national projects regarding time, budget and quality. Support seamless and transparent project progress, enabling efficient decision-making across the business / function. Apply different project management methodologies. Organize meetings of the project members, manage communication, ensure engagement of all stakeholders, control budget, report progress, create documentation.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Support of the purchasing department with respect to standard suppliers
  • Create a project plan taking into account customer, involved departments, operations, suppliers, etc.
  • Regular documented project controlling based on plan-actuals comparison and in case of deviation resulting in corrective actions respective reporting of the deviation towards steering committee respective project sponsor
  • Steering of the standard suppliers involved in the project
  • Feed Reports into the P&P-internal unit wide reporting (JF, Reporting etc.)
  • Transparent budget planning including forecast on monthly base. Highlight deviations and indicate corrective actions.
  • Support of Quality Management based on PM-Guideline and defined core processes (Project Management).
  • Lead project teams professionally (including sub-projects)
  • Responsible to communicate within the project team, towards customer, management and partners 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Alternatively expert with professional experience
  • > 5 Projects in PMI Level 2
  • English GER/CEFR B1
  • Good presentation skills
  • PMP basics or CAMP certification or PRINCE 2 Foundation
