About this role
We are seeking a German-speaking Project Management Office Support Specialist to facilitate project administration and coordination across planning, development, and implementation phases. This role ensures seamless project progress, transparent communication, and efficient decision-making. You will apply various project management methodologies, organise meetings, manage stakeholder engagement, monitor budgets, and prepare reports and documentation.
What you’ll do

Support Project Managers in day-to-day activities.

Monitor, measure, and document project progress; prepare status reports.

Facilitate successful setup and implementation of projects and workstreams.

Assist in preparing customer-facing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

Drive and control scheduling for meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, documents, and minutes.

Create project plans, risk analysis, and gap analysis.

Track and follow up on action items.Monitor project budgets and manage

Lessons Learned sessions.

Report updates and progress to management.
Who you are
-
Fluent in German and intermediate English.

Experience in PMO support or similar roles in business/IT.

Familiarity with functional/business processes.Proficient in

PowerPoint and Excel.Proactive, organised, and customer-oriented.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Eagerness to learn and collaborate.

Team management and facilitation skills.
