Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
German speaking Sales Performance Management Specialist
Your role in a nutshell:
Preparation, Communication and follow up of complex Analysis, Presentation, Assessments in the field of Sales Performance Management, in the purpose of supporting the Vodafone Business Unit (VBU) performance management in all Vodafone Business sales channels. Creation, cooperating in creation, developing of supporting Analysis and Presentations.
Definition, Discussion and gathering input of content of relevant measures with the relevant areas (Vodafone Business Unit Sales, Marketing, Finance), with the goal to create and maintain a common approach in visualization and capturing measures of/for achieving the sales targets and measures.
With understanding the challenges and requirements of effective Sales, goal is to create and to propose relevant implementable developmental measures in order to gain in sales efficiency, improve performance. Working closely with VBU Partners and actively supports VBU specific Performance Management activities.

What you’ll do:
• Creation of analyses on sales performance as a decision support basis for first and second level VBU Management, under or in cooperation with onshore Performance Management & Planning team
• Takeover and ownership of individual tasks and projects
• Drive business efficiency by taking accountability of providing accurate data and high-quality insights
• Drive better understanding of business activities and lifecycles, sales data and its key performance indicators via in-depth analysis, and being able to create better insights
• Supporting the development and implementation of sales steering measures (incentives, frameworks, etc.) that are effective in the fast-paced Telecommunications and ICT market
• Create and maintain platforms for actionable insights and to optimize efficiency of Sales Performance Steering
• Support identification of relevant factors (chances, risks) which translate into actions and support decision making of relevant actions
• Develops own ideas and proposes new approaches by innovative thinking
• Close cooperation with onshore Planning, Performance Management, Finance, Marketing and Sales
• Focus and prioritization on sales measures with the highest business impact, under discussion with Head of Department and Senior Performance Manager and with taking into account the organizational aspects and a 360° perspective
• Develop and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders with direct or Partner Market colleagues, and within Partner OpCo, and other local organizations
• Accompany the creation of performance management dashboards (Qlikview / Qliksense / Power BI) +understanding and incorporating business needs and requirements of the partner
• Deep understanding of the business paired with analytical and tactical thinking
• Solving tasks based on targets with own room to maneuver, methodical competence and structured handling of business metrics
• Close cooperation and coordination with all relevant VBG business units and departments

What you will bring to the team:
- Ideally C1 level German and minimum B2 English language skills
- 8+ years’ experience in business support positions, minimum of 2-3 years experiences supporting Vodafone Business Germany / similar functions
- Quick perception and ability to implement requirements in a flexible and timely manner
- Proactive thinking and style of working, easily approaching relevant Stakeholders, Colleagues, relevant departments for relevant and on-time input.
- Ability to transfer technical data into business relevant information, Derivation of measures from extracted data-insights
- Ability to lead (sub-) projects within own business unit
- Excellent ability in working in teams, positively influence Colleagues, very good communication skills, strong objection handling skills
- Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings and results, drive decision making, increase transparency and efficiency of sales steering
- Experience in working with Sales or having previous Sales experience
- Highly advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point)
