German Speaking Sales Reporting Specialist - Experienced (TCV controlling)

 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

To control, validate, approve and correct the Total Contract Value of incoming Vodafone Business Germany Fixed Line and other types of opportunities in the CRM system Salesforce, and to perform other agreed related activities

 

 What you’ll do:

 

• Performs TCV Validation, necessary correction and approval based on the actual Guidelines and fiscal year actual regulation (Eingaberichtiline) and any other agreements and guidelines which is discussed in Partner 
calls and team meetings. Performs this action for all agreed sales channels, opportunity and product types.
• Discussing cases, requesting documentation and additional information, discusses outcome of approval or eventual TCV correction with relevant Sales Representative in a constructive matter, displaying strong professionalism, strong objection handling both verbally both in writing. 
• Keeps agreed KPI/SLA and on time performance on approval tasks, and on time delivery of other tasks, lists and reports on agreed deadlines. Holding SLA and agreed deadlines in the approval tasks, ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload and tasks according to business need, to focus on processing variable tasks if workload in incoming cases is lower. 
• Performs agreed activities associated to TCV Controlling (Opportunity cancelations, Recheck and re-validation of opportunities, Approval related tasks (lists), Sample-checks, and similar agreed activities) 
• Familiarization with related VF Business Germany products and services, keeps knowledge actual and up to date with available trainings, information. 
• Accurate tracking and reporting of the daily tasks, provide accurate monthly reporting.
• Ensures continuous improvement of efficiency on all performing task. Initiates improvement of the team's processes. 
• Communicates with and presents results to Partners and Stakeholders, aims being expert of Opportunity approval area and acts as a single point of contact in professional calls around the subject. 
• Produces monthly, when needed quarterly/ annual reports analyzing performance (KPI/SLA) and key business metrics. Produces other regular or if requested ad hoc reports for Sales Managers, Partners.
• Highlights trends and exposures, suggests approaches to Partners (VBG EPE, Planning & Performance Management) in weekly and other reoccurring calls and meetings.
• Tracks and analyses metrics to ensure that performance is in line with overall business objectives. 
• Suggests Developments of a sophisticated reporting and dashboards of the TCV Controlling activity from the Team Sharepoint / actual Reporting Tool and to provide best possible and suitable information towards Partners.
