German Speaking Support Coordinator
Your role in a nutshell:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. The essence of this role is to provide administrative support to Products, Partner Management, Marketing, CVM and Commercial management teams.
What you’ll do:
• Manage tasks related to the process of on- and offboarding of colleagues in Germany, coordinate their asset requests
• Organize, facilitate and follow up meetings
• Track and follow up overall project budgets in MS Excel
• Administrative support in SAP and other workflow tools for different processes
• Support in sales specific partner projects, e.g. calculations, sales offer documents, partner briefing calls, onboarding partner activities, escalation calls, preparation of sales meetings
• Create or update presentations, meeting minutes and decision templates

What you will bring to the team:
• Your German skills are close to fluent, and your English skills are intermediate
• You have good Microsoft Office skills
• You made first experiences with SAP
• You have some support related or customer service experience, preferably as a PA
• You communicate clearly. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
• You pay close attention to details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, on time, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and you don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.
