About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Coordinator to enable smooth administrative and operational activities across commercial teams. The role focuses on supporting partner management, marketing, customer value management, and sales-related functions through coordination, reporting, budgeting support, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day departmental operations, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action points
  • Manage administrative processes such as shopping cart creation, tracking, and maintaining process accuracy
  • Monitor budgets (including OPEX and payroll elements), prepare reports, and contribute to monthly budget review discussions
  • Provide system support across tools such as SAP, Fieldglass, and Flexforce, including reporting and tracking activities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset coordination and acting as a team buddy for new joiners
  • Assist in organising internal workshops and external partner events, including agenda preparation and coordination
  • Create presentations, documentation, and meeting minutes to support decision-making
  • Support sales-related activities such as partner coordination, reporting, analytics preparation, and documentation updates
  • Manage non-for-resale (NFR) processes with external partners, ensuring availability of demo equipment
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at various organisational levels

Who you are

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong collaboration skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Skilled in project coordination and administrative processes
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal awareness and professional presence
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and German, with German being essential for this role
  • Familiar with tools such as SAP, Fieldglass, and Flexforce
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and make informed decisions when handling requests
