Global IoT Service Partner

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

Acts as an important role to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the IoT services Vodafone provides to them. To take accountability for managing strategic global IoT accounts.
The Internet of Things Team is a function of technical experts with excellent communications skills providing dedicated in-life service consultancy to Vodafone’s biggest premium customers globally.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Act as the dedicated key contact for VFs IoT customer(s) globally
  • Host customer service review meetings remotely
  • Provide mainly reactive IoT technical service management
  • Be involved by the Account Manager/Global Service Manager in customer service improvement plans/project
  • Be consulted related to new processes which have an impact on the dedicated customers solution
  • Represent VFs interests towards the customer and customers interest within VF IoT Operations
