Governance Specialist - Senior

 

 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Developing and managing new, global internal governance processes and systems and ensuring that changes and improvements are implemented across functions and business units. Managing C-level stakeholder relationships on a global level to ensure efficient decision making to maximize the chances of winning business whilst maintaining an audit compliant, fit for purpose governance model.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

•    Lead decision making meetings involving all functions. Drives decision making based on inputs received.
•    Regularly review business performance and audit compliancy and presents the results to stakeholders
•    Be the subject matter expert for continuous improvement methodologies and their application for assigned business processes.
•    Create a channel to gather feedback and identify process improvement needs. Identifies process gaps, manages root cause analysis.
•    Develop presentations to communicate issues and recommendations to senior management. Communicates opportunities, results and issues to various audiences.

What you’ll bring to the team
 

•    Facilitation and strategic project management skills
•    Experience in continuous improvement/ process improvement and design
•    Experience of data analytics, statistics, data insights reporting
•    Fluency in Business English
•    Excellent relationship building and facilitation skills
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Proactive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment
