HR Advisor Intern (Greek speaking)
Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
HR Advisor Intern (Greek speaking)!
What kind of tasks will you have?
• Providing advice/ transactional service via email and ticketing platform to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes..
• Registering queries in the appropriate systems
• Using a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate
• Providing consistent advice and information, managing the resolution of queries against defined service levels
• Being responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes
We are searching for you, if you
• Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
• Be fluent in Greek communication, both verbally and in writing
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office
• Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work
What you can expect from us is
• Flexible work schedule with minimum 20-30 hours/week
• 2200 HUF/ hour (NET)
• Flexible and hybrid way of working; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
