About this Role
What you will do
- Provide advice and transactional service based on internal HR policies and processes via ticket to all managers and employees
- Register and manage queries using appropriate systems and case management tools
- Use a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate.
- Resolve queries within defined service levels or escalate when necessary
- Responsibility for certain end-to-end HR processes (some of the following: maternity process, leaver process, time sheet collection, preparation of certificates of employment/ pay, distribution/ collection of documents in connection with income tax declarations of employees).
- Work with systems including Knowledge Base, SAP, myHR portal, and payroll provider platforms
Who you are
- Possess basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Demonstrate strong business awareness and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Communicate effectively in English (intermediate level); additional languages are desirable
- Show cross-cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work within well-defined procedures and make appropriate decisions based on precedents
- Having prior experience in an HR position or a similar field, however career-entrants are also welcomed since this is a junior position
