About this Role
We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide remote advisory support on HR policies and processes via telephone and email. Acting as the primary contact for employees and managers, you will interface with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers. This role involves day-to-day HR administration, case management, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries using HR systems and tools.
What you will do
- Deliver HR advice and transactional services to employees and managers based on established policies and processes.
- Register and manage queries using case management tools, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure consistent and timely resolution of queries in line with service level agreements.
- Administer end-to-end HR processes such as payroll, maternity, relocation, leaver procedures, and occupational health screenings.
- Work with HR systems including SAP, myHR portal, and payroll provider platforms to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Who you are
- Possess basic knowledge of HR systems and processes, including resourcing, reward, and learning.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Exhibit cross-cultural sensitivity and business awareness.
