About this Role

We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality, remote HR advisory and transactional support to employees and people leaders. This role acts as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering consistent, policy-based guidance through phone and email channels while managing cases efficiently through HR systems. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate HR administration, positive employee experience, and adherence to defined service levels.

What you’ll do

  • Provide HR advice and transactional support to employees and managers via telephone and email, aligned with established HR policies and processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR queries, ensuring accurate registration and tracking in relevant systems.
  • Manage workload using a case management tool, resolving queries or escalating cases to specialist teams when required.
  • Deliver consistent and timely responses in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Own and manage selected end-to-end HR processes, which may include payroll support, maternity administration, relocation processes, leaver activities, time sheet collection, preparation of employment and pay certificates, tax-related documentation, and occupational health administration.
  • Work confidently with HR systems and tools such as knowledge bases, SAP, employee self-service portals, and payroll provider systems.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation quality.

Who you are

  • You have a foundational understanding of HR operations, including resourcing, reward, learning, and development.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and are comfortable supporting diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • You bring good business awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
  • You are confident using MS Office and enterprise HR or ERP systems.
  • You work with high attention to detail and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You have intermediate English language capability; additional language skills are an advantage.
