About this Role

As an HR Advisor you will provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via chat and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. The role also involves performing day-to-day administration tasks supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes. 

What you’ll do

  • Provide HR advice and transactional support to employees and managers via chat and email, aligned with defined HR policies and procedures
  • Register and track queries within appropriate systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
  • Manage workloads using case management tools, escalating or transferring cases where required
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality responses within agreed service levels, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation of complex cases
  • Support and administer end-to-end HR processes such as payroll activities, maternity processes, relocation, leaver processes, and employee documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks including timesheet collection, preparation of employment certificates, and documentation related to tax declarations and occupational health screenings
  • Work with HR systems and tools such as SAP, knowledge bases, and HR portals to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

Who you are

  • You have prior experience in an HR position or a similar field, however career-entrants are also welcomed since this is a junior position
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse stakeholder group
  • You have good organisational and administrative capabilities with a strong attention to detail
  • You are comfortable using digital tools, including MS Office and HR or ERP systems
  • You have intermediate English language proficiency; additional language skills and cross-cultural awareness are advantageous
  • You bring business awareness and the ability to operate within structured processes and service environments
