Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as VOIS) and we’re looking for a


HR Associate - German speaking

 

(fixed term contract)

 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Support the HR SSO and its customers in the administration of data using HR systems and processes. Give professional advice to the team and its customers and continuously improve the administration processes. Deliver transactional HR support within agreed SLA's.

 

 

What you'll do:

 

 

  • Being part of a young, motivated, and fully supportive team
  • Processing new hires, promotions, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events in Success Factors, ensuring data quality and positive Employee Experience for our Customers
  • Working closely with local Payroll and local Business Partners
  • Maintaining employee database, documentation
  • Supporting delivery of service within agreed SLAs
  • Providing inputs to report preparation
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

 


What you’ll bring to the team:

 

 

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and conversational level of English language
  • Customer focus
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Great organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important tasks 
  • Proactive and have good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Skills to pay attention to details and appropriate system inputs
  • You are a team player
