HR Associate Intern - German Back Office
What kind of tasks will you have?
• Providing HR administration support including the maintenance of the HR database and the coordination of the onboarding, offboarding and employee change processes
• Maintain relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end-to-end processes
• Handle employee contracts and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors
• Handle HR queries within the ticketing system
• Participate in continuous process improvement and act as a process expert
We are searching for you, if you
• Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
• Are self-confident in Hungarian, English and German communication as well
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
• Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work
What you can expect from us is
• Flexible work schedule with minimum 20-30 hours/week
• 2200 HUF/ hour (NET)
• We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues’ wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
