About this Role

 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our HR Shared Services team in Budapest. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering accurate and timely HR administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The position offers a collaborative environment where precision and customer focus are key to success.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

  • Execute routine HR administration tasks, including maintaining HR databases, employee records, training data, and eLearning materials.
  • Process transactional HR activities in line with established practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Handle purchase orders and support service delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the Team Leader.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR reports.

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR systems.
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; no managerial experience required.
