HR Associate

Your role in a nutshell: 


To support the HR SSO and its customers in the administration of data using HR systems and processes. To give professional advice to the team and its customers and continuously improve the administration processes. To deliver transactional HR support within agreed SLA's
 

 

What you’ll do:

 

 

  • Executes routine HR administrationactivities, including the maintenance ofthe HR database and employeerecords/ training data and eLearningmaterials/ reward and recognition dataand various HR reports.
  • Prepares and processes transactionalactivities within HR practices.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processingin both the system and manually,meeting integrity review and auditrequirements.
  • Handles purchase orders.
  • Supports delivery of service within agreed SLAs.
  • Manages the resolution of queries according to SLAs and escalates to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Provides inputs to report preparation.
