HR Business Partner

Your role in a nutshell:
 

You will represent HR within the given organization unit and transmit the needs of the organization unit to various functions within HR. You will add value by having an impact on building and shaping the approach of the leaders of the organization unit, by actively supporting and shaping the leadership team. You will design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs. You will anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. The role has a big focus on activities related to strategy and change management but also on operational tasks.

 

 

What you'll do:
 

  • Answer the leaders’ questions requiring functional HR knowledge within the agreed timeframe, in cooperation with the concerned HR functional expert
  • Channel employee requests and questions to HR Services
  • Prepare HR plan, headcount plans and an organizational development and efficiency plan within the supported organization unit together with business management and drives implementation
  • Maximize participation rate in annual employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support leaders in sharing the results of the satisfaction survey, in setting up an action plan and in its regular review
  • Manage organizational change, provides leaders with the necessary tools.
  • Develop leadership skills, provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders
  • Identify talents and makes sure these employees receive special leadership focus 
  • Support leaders in effective performance management and drives the process, helps in setting up individual development plans when needed
  • Follow up HR costs and headcount plans, reviews them with leaders and Finance
  • Manage labor contract terminations
  • Perform exit interviews, feedback trends to leaders
  • Interview candidates only for high level executive positions
     

What you will bring to the team:
 

  • Having 4+ years’ relevant experience as an HRBP, preferably in a multinational environment 
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Organizational development and transformation management experience
  • Coaching and facilitation skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor law
