Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for an
HR Operations Intern – Czech Speaking!
 

 

 

What kind of tasks will you have?

 

•    Supporting the employees of Vodafone Czech Republic in HR related queries 
•    Keeping in touch with colleagues mostly via chatbot and ticketing system
•    Employee and HR related changes in Success Factors system
•    Helping the HR Operations Team in labour law related queries

 

We have been searching for you, if you

 

•    Have a full-time active semester now and for the upcoming 7 months at a Hungarian university
•    You are fluent in Czech - both in writing and speaking
•    Are self-confident in English communication as well
•    You have a good understanding of MS Excel and MS Office Programs 
•    Are interested in HR and it’s an advantage if you study in this field
•    Can communicate easily, but you are not afraid of monotonous tasks
•    You like solving problems on your own and have an analytical mindset

 

 

What you can expect from us is

 

•    Flexible work schedule with minimum 25-30 hours/week 
•    1400 HUF/ hour
(NET) 
•    To ensure our colleagues’ health & safety we are working from home until the end of the pandemic. In the long run we will be meeting each other max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office
•    We provide corporate assets such as laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription – unlimited talk, text and data
•    Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
•    Real experience in the field of HR processes learnt from a professional team
•    Further career opportunities in the HR Team or other departments
