HR Operations Manager

Role purpose: 
•    Accountable for HR Shared Services experience, effectiveness and efficiency
•    Provide leadership for the HR Operations delivery for a team of circa 100 FTE
•    Managing Junior Managers accountable for local market services in Germany, International Mobility, _VOIS Spain, _VOIS Hungary, Czech, Italy & Greece
•    Services include onboarding, offboarding, Recruitment Admin, L&D admin, Payroll  and employee lifecycle activities.
•    Driving engagement, leadership and management capability across the entire function.
•    Create operational talent management and succession framework

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
 

•    Member of the _VOIS EU leadership team
•    Accountable for delivering the HR Shared Services operation delivery in Budapest
•    Accountable for HRS strategy and transformation in _VOIS Budapest driving experience and cost effective service
•    Manage _VOIS Budapest HRD relationship
•    Drive HRSS channel strategy
•    Drive Simplification
•    Continuous improvement across process driving standardisation locally and globally
•    Manage the local site including people, process and technology
•    Manage the ongoing development of the leadership community
•    Responsibility for HROPS Hungary opex budget 

 

Direct reports: 3-6 FTE

Core competencies, knowledge and experience: 

•    3+ years Experience in leading a global offshore HR Shared service vertical delivery services to customers across EU served for the Budapest location
•    International experience managing teams and the ability to work within a mutli-cultural matrix organisation
•    Broad and comprehensive understanding across HR functions and processes
•    Influencing Skills 
•    Proven leadership capability
•    Ability to delivery high class services through a team
•    Ability to build collaborative relationships
•    Managing senior stakeholders 
•    Fluent, active business English language knowledge


Must have technical /professional qualifications: 
•    Management of HR shared service centre for a global organisation
•    Strong, Proven leadership skills
•    Deep customer engagement
•    Strong organisation and planning skills
