About this Role

 
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Advisor to join our HR Shared Services team in Budapest. This role is central to delivering remote HR advisory support via telephone and email, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. The individual will manage day-to-day HR administration tasks, interface with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers, and ensure consistent and timely resolution of HR queries using established systems and processes.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

  • Provide HR policy and process advice via phone and email to employees and managers.
  • Register and manage queries using case management tools and escalate when necessary.
  • Deliver consistent information and ensure resolution of queries within defined service levels.
  • Own and execute end-to-end HR processes such as payroll, maternity, relocation, leaver management, timesheet collection, and occupational health screenings.
  • Work with systems including Knowledge Base, SAP, myHR portal, and payroll provider platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely documentation aligned with internal service level agreements.

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Possess basic knowledge of HR systems and processes across resourcing, reward, learning, and development.
  • Demonstrate strong business awareness and computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP).
  • Communicate effectively in English (intermediate level); additional languages are desirable.
  • Show attention to detail and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Exhibit a collaborative mindset and ability to work within structured procedures.
  • Hold deep professional knowledge with 0–2 years of relevant experience; no managerial experience required.
