About this Role
What you will do
- Provide HR policy and process advice via phone and email to employees and managers.
- Register and manage queries using case management tools and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver consistent information and ensure resolution of queries within defined service levels.
- Own and execute end-to-end HR processes such as payroll, maternity, relocation, leaver management, timesheet collection, and occupational health screenings.
- Work with systems including Knowledge Base, SAP, myHR portal, and payroll provider platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and timely documentation aligned with internal service level agreements.
Who you are
- Possess basic knowledge of HR systems and processes across resourcing, reward, learning, and development.
- Demonstrate strong business awareness and computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP).
- Communicate effectively in English (intermediate level); additional languages are desirable.
- Show attention to detail and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Exhibit a collaborative mindset and ability to work within structured procedures.
- Hold deep professional knowledge with 0–2 years of relevant experience; no managerial experience required.
