Your reponsibilities

  • You proactively drive down incidents, problems, trouble tickets, and service request trends while managing resources and key stakeholders effectively

  • You perform day-to-day L2 support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for vital IT applications like CRM, ERP, billing systems, and API gateways

  • You handle incident management, problem resolution, configuration changes, batch processing, and health checks to ensure systems consistently operate at optimum levels

  • You identify opportunities for automation, drive efficiency through process improvements to reduce costs, and deliver significant enhancements against operational KPIs

  • You actively participate in WAR ROOM investigations and lead technical roadmap creation through capacity planning and hardware assessments

  • You are responsible for Capacity Planning & Hardware Assessment and able to create technical roadmap for the product

  • You participate in periodic meetings with support teams and suppliers on various aspects like performance, SLA/KPIs, issues, and escalations

 

Your Profile

  • Must have strong experience in IT networks, system administration, cloud experience (e.g. AWS, GCP); Experience with reporting frameworks such as Apache Superset is nice to have

  • Strong administration experience of salesforce lightning platform including SalesForce applications (CPQ, CLM, CRM)
  • Good knowledge of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.)
  • REST API Troubleshooting or Development experience
  • Experience and familiarity with SQL and Relational Databases
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
