Instructional Designer
 

Your role in a nutshell: 

To support projects and business as usual (BAU) teams by ensuring e-learning materials, user support documentation, promotional videos, and other promotional materials are developed for various global and local processes/systems for all areas supported by Intelligent Operations. 
 

What you’ll do:

• Coordinated work with other project members/stakeholders (functional subject matter experts, transformation, change and comms experts, voice talents)
• Develop end-user e-learnings, courses and other e-learning materials: quick reference guides, e-learning courses, and bite-sized learning videos. 
• Develop promotional videos for internal communication purposes to support transformation change (animated, recorded)
• Reports/tracks progress of the development of e-learning materials. Ensures the review and testing of these. 
• Updates and governs existing e-learning materials by ensuring that the latest version of all these materials is published on Vodafone’s learning management system and are accessible to users on the relevant platforms. 
• Ensures collection of feedback on courses and other e-learning materials from stakeholders/SMEs and end-users
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the e-learning materials
• Actively seeks opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the e-learning development and delivery
• Continuously searches for innovative ways to build and deliver online learning. 

What you will bring to the team:

• Fluent written and spoken English knowledge
• E-learning development / instructional design experience
• Proficiency in using or willing to learn the use of e-learning authoring tools ( Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and Vyond
• Immaculate PowerPoint skills are a must
• Proven stakeholder and project management skills
• SAP knowledge is a great plus
• Outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills
