About this Role

We are seeking a commercially astute individual to manage international wholesale services across Voice, IPX and Roaming for designated regions and accounts. This role is pivotal in applying cost and pricing strategies, executing routing plans, and supporting the evolution of wholesale products. The individual will influence traffic termination quality, support Vodafone OpCos in growing voice traffic, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role demands strategic thinking, operational accountability, and proactive risk management to protect Vodafone’s interests.
 

What you will do

  • Apply wholesale commercial strategies across designated countries and accounts.
  • Establish cost baselines and floor prices for monthly pricing and target sell rates.
  • Provide commercial oversight for voice, roaming and IPX services.
  • Execute routing plans to optimise service quality and fulfil deal commitments.
  • Drive profitable business growth and support the evolution of international services.
  • Advocate for customer needs and deliver capabilities aligned with business goals.

Who you are

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in international voice, roaming, IPX or wholesale services.
  • Proven track record in negotiations and delivery of cost and margin targets.
  • Strong understanding of sanctions, regulatory and tax frameworks in wholesale services.
  • Holds a degree in Business or Mathematics.
  • Demonstrates resilience, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Capable of building credible relationships and assessing risk effectively.
