Jr. HR Business Partner Hungary
What you’ll do
As our new HR colleague, you will lead HR Local Operations in Hungary. You will take care of employment matters, support the people managers, implement group HR strategy. You will be part of our Eastern Cluster HR team and will work in close collaboration and partnership with HR Services (SSC) and wider HR organization too.
Locally, you will be the first point of contact for the Hungarian colleagues and play an important advisory role to the country MDs and management teams.
- Act as a local people partner by advising line managers in employment related questions.
- Advise and guide managers around local labour law, group processes.
- Navigate change initiatives that are having effects on local level, including organization redesigns, change management, planning etc. Support line managers in change management approach.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR practices, updates policies as required.
- Proactively propose new solutions that support employee well-being, working close with line managers to understand their needs.
- Drive and coordinate monthly payroll in line with local requirements.
- Manage recruitment and support onboarding of new colleagues as well as ensuring smooth offboarding process.
- Ensures strong relations are fostered with management teams and acts positively and effectively as the gatekeeper between the business function and HR/CoEs.
Who you are
- University degree in Business, Human resources or related discipline.
- 2 - 5 year of experience in HR, operational support of the business in all HR areas. Ideally in multinational environment working in matrix organization.
- Positive and open-minded spirit with proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Solid knowledge of Hungarian employment law.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
